Q. Why are there Google ads for decidedly pricey shops/venues on your site?

A.  We're trying to make the site self-sufficient with ads while we work on other ways to help you save money.  For example, we'll soon be offering rentals of vases, candlesticks, and placecard holders at rock-bottom prices to our customers.  (Projected date for these rentals is Fall 2009.)  Once the rentals and more specific advertising ventures start becoming profitable, we'll re-visit whether or not to have Google ads on here.  Think of it as a temporary engine to keep the site going while we chug ahead.

Q. I know of this great site/vendor that isn't listed!  Can you put them on the site?

A.  Fantastic!  If you know of a wedding-related site that fits our typical price ranges that we've missed, please e-mail us and we'll put it on here ASAP!  (And if you'd like, we can thank you personally on the site!)  If the site can send their goods to anyone in the US, we'll put it under the appropriate heading on the site.  If it's a strictly local place that fits our criteria (i.e. venues, DJs) we'll put it under the vendors tab.  Thanks!

Q.  I'd like to advertise my business with you; how can I set that up?

A.  Great!  If your business services weddings (i.e. catering, alcohol, limo services, etc.) and fits our typical price ranges on the site, we'd love to hear from you!  e-mail us, and we'll talk about rates, etc.!

Q.  Where are the Wedding Elves based?

A.  This site is for everyone in the US, but we're based in the Capital District of NY.  It's very pretty and affordable here!
